Giving Thanks

Mindfulness helps us be present to everything in our lives - the good times, the challenges, the big and the small.  This Thanksgiving, during what can often be the start of a busy holiday season, let's slow down and really BE in the moment. 

Taste the yummy food (my mindful eating challenge to you!). Take a moment to appreciate all the good in your life.

Thankfulness is mindfulness, and if you can maintain thankfulness, you're being present to all that is.

    I didn't really think of it that way, but when you said "Thankfulness is mindfulness", all of a sudden I realized that I was more mindful than I thought I was :) Thanks. (there that word is again!)... Elaine
